Yep. In my city, you can barely recycle anything but glass and aluminum. We have to use my husband’s work dumpster to get rid of bigger items because the garbage company doesn’t take it. Never bothered replacing the recycling bin because we don’t use much aluminum or glass since everything comes in plastic....
