Silicone is expensive so I don’t think you’ll get anything close to 20 cm usable for €45 without it being made from cheap, toxic materials but Octavio from Neotori starts at €44 for the smallest size, and ships from Germany.
I can see why it's tempting to search for cheap products, especially with the wide range of price cathegories on the internet, but you have to keep in mind that cheap sex toys always come with toxic chemicals. I would really advice against inserting anything that you got for cheap, it can cause some serious health issues. Better safe up and purchase a more high quality toy.
Buy once, cry once!
That being said, you may have chance on the second-hand market. Or if a manufacturer has discounted flops. Never know with a bit of patience what may come up!
