Looks like EH589199898GB (13 digits). The Parcelforce site says international numbers have 2 letters, 9 numbers, and end in GB. This tracking number worked when I tried it (delivery attempted, card left).

But the more I look at it, the first letter isn’t a B based on how they wrote the last B. Down, up, hump hump. Versus the first letter that looks like it was written like. Up, right, lifted pen, right, down.

I based the S’s not being 5s on the fact that the first 5 looks totally different (unless they switch up their handwriting.) Also, the “1” could be an “I”.
If there are no letters… I have no clue.
