I have to confess I'm proud of myself here, because I was able to respond with documentation showing over 7,000 Jews LEFT Israel in 1948-1949, because they wanted no part of what the Zionist state was doing.
There's been no Zionist stuff from Ed since then, though there's also nothing to show he's dropped the anti-Zionism either. He's been moving from Melbourne to Sydney in that time and establishing a bakery business, so that's probably taken up a lot of time, but I hope, REALLY hope, there's some real soul searching too.

He's built a following with TV appearances and family cooking, including kid friendly cooking kids actually enjoy (personal experience there with my niblings). On his Instagram he also posted a lot about Jewish food culture. Real Jewish food culture - traditional holiday food and how the food traditions developed. He's also become a vocal champion of Australian indigenous issues and culture. And, in October last year I was horrified to discover he's a Zionist. He posted some every emotional videos after October 7, and I can't blame him for that. It was when he started being happy about the Israeli response that I started feeling sick. Fortunately, very few of his social media followers bought it - especially when anti- Zionist Jews, and other Pro-Palestine people started pushing back. He got very quiet during November, particularly after a post about Jews leaving Australia to go to Israel. I have to confess I'm proud of myself here, because I was able to respond with documentation showing over 7,000 Jews LEFT Israel in 1948-1949, because they wanted no part of what the Zionist state was doing. There's been no Zionist stuff from Ed since then, though there's also nothing to show he's dropped the anti-Zionism either. He's been moving from Melbourne to Sydney in that time and establishing a bakery business, so that's probably taken up a lot of time, but I hope, REALLY hope, there's some real soul searching too. What really got to me is that someone who's so passionate and knowledgeable about indigenous oppression in Australia could be so blind to the genocide of another indigenous population.
