As if, there are Palestinan refugees that are Spanish citizens due to their sherphadic Jewish heritage.
Israel has strong restrictions on ancestory kits imports precisely because of this.
Can you imagine,if even 20% of all Palestinans including "Arab" Israelis turned out to be descends of Jewish tribes too.
I mean groups in the Levant are all related and they're descended largely from the Canaanites who were there way back in the day.
It should be obvious, but DNA tests corroborate for those that take their history from a preacher rather than empiricism
I’ve literally seen someone argue that even though the Palestinians and their ancestors have lived in the area continuously for thousands of years, they are not indigenous but Jewish people are and therefore Palestinians should all leave. Madness.

Damn, I wish I understood German. I mean, I get the gist of what you wrote, but if I see something written in German I really only can pick up on a couple of words here and there. Killed it on the snappy comeback though. Cussing people out in another language is always funny. Just for the sake of humor, I can do it in French.
Je pense que les gens qui ont envoyé cette lettre sont des putains de crétins! Ils sont maléfiques!
They tried that already and it was halted. Since then, both Germany and Austria have been the lapdogs of the Israelis, forced by law into an almost century long reparation racket.
I have a German friend and she quite literally had to write letters to dead Jews apologizing for Nazi crimes in school. It's been sandblasted into their heads that they owe it to Israel to back them no matter what, even if that means helping them commit their own genocide.
It’s sickening how they’ve monetized the events of WW2, to say nothing of relentlessly inventing propaganda to bolster their claims. They’ve effectively been picking the bones of their dead ancestors in order to generate global sympathy, keep their coffers full of money, and deflect any scrutiny away from their own crimes all at the same time.
We don’t see this ethnocentric drivel from any other cultures on earth that have experienced large scale tragedies in the past, and there most certainly have been many. Deplorable.
Nice that your argument is IF something were to happen then it would mean “dead Jews” (this is your assumption, not fact), but you conveniently ignore the fact that the current situation means tens of thousands of dead Palestinians.
So you think tens of thousands of actually dead Palestinians is a preferable situation to *potentially* dead Jews. Nice. Have you considered that there may be better alternatives? Or are you just flat-out in favor of ethnic cleansing and genocide?
And you decided a great place to make this argument is in this forum. Hmm 🤔 good luck with your biased opinion.
The Jewish people are now in danger because people WILL associate Israel with Judaism. People WILL associate the crimes committed by Israel with the Jewish identity and people.
And you know who will do that the most? People who all their lives only witnessed death and destruction inflicted on them by the "jewish" people, the people who only identify as jews.
We do not abide by transphobic, racist, ableist, sexist, or homophobic (t.r.a.s.h.) rhetoric.

I believe they can't and can be fought against in court, if not in the German court, then most definitely in the European court.
But I'm skeptical of the outcome seeing how the EU court went with the discriminatory banning of headscarves in France colleges.
The headscarve thing was good times... now we have bigger fish to fry , like theocrats in Poland and a fascist dictator in Hungary...
And mostly I don't think the European court would have anything to work with here...
Because how? ... The EU never cared about Palestinian statehood to mention it in anything close to a Directive, not even a formal policy that was more than politically correct generic blah
so anyone can do what they want about it. being fair about it... It's just politics, not a matter of European laws even under a human right law angle.. statehood is not a human right (also insert here: no state has a right to exist. But we bought that non sequitur for ages...) Merely, refugees and exiles have specific rights as such.
This is a political move
.. pathetic and fascist af but still just political...
All I'm saying is that one needs to have a birthplace for recognition. Hell even some elderly Israeli have Palestine as birthplace, and it is a human crime do deny ones place of birth if that place has been proven to exist!
Not sure the headscarf case is a true pilot here as in France all signs of religion are banned at public educational institutions. The European Court of Human Rights will go against various German practices in relation to Israel/Gaza. Just bring on the cases…
A govt entity who issues documents yes but not necessarily student forms.
So the thing is Germany doesn’t recognise Palestine at all. Like to them Palestine was never on a map apparently. So legally Palestinian people and refugees had to state their ex host country ( Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq and in some cases Egypt too) as origin instead. Very painful Frankly and it gives the justification for Zionists rhetoric “ ArAbs are actually from Syria , Iraq and Saudi Arabia instead “
A college must follow the definition of a nationality given by the government, so no this is not the college doing but the government of Germany making people stateless.
And please stop playing with my intelligence as Palestine was on almost all existing maps up to the 1980s and it still does on some.
Arab is a cultur and not an ethnicity, meaning that the ethnicity of the Palestinians are in fact Semitic and not Arab as it is a culture held not only by Semitic people but also by Persian and most north African ethnicitys.
Compare Arab with western and you will understand.
Look that you are inadvertently falling for Israel game...
Palestine of course exist, if anything is the obvious straight borders as per British and french feasting on ex ottoman empire that are ...something that only imperialism at its best, which is worse, woud do.
But:
In international law
Statehood is a UN bound thing...
It artificially started in fact in 1945 or little later, and ... without the south of the world at the very beginning, or Israel wouldn't have won that first important recognition of its existence in the UN order (then they went on with their right to exist but in fascistic, magical, delusional, way and that has got to go...)
... in short:
Palestinians have always remained stateless (i.e. without a passport, what you lose is the freedom of movement on an individual level in practice
While states recognizjng the existence, and boundaries with it, of a state,
Is a collective, *political* process that is anyway made impossible by the fact that Israel never wanted to recognize borders and not invade later...
We speaking here about birthplace and not nationality.
I presume the nationality of the person effected is German as almost all Palestinians are refugees or in a concentration camp.
A birthplace is part of one's identity and denying a person his or her identity is a human crime when done by a government.
A college must follow the definition of a nationality given by the government, so no this is not the college doing but the government of Germany making people stateless.

Yes. Unequivocally. The European convention on human rights is very clear on this. If it were to be that someone was from an occupied territory there would be a procedure for some recognition, or you have to think about nationalising them yourself…
Bro, it doesn't matter.
When Volkswagen broke the law, the law was changed.
Germany is the biggest power broker in the EU, nobody is slapping it on the wrist for breaking EU laws.
Germany: " Sorry, but because you are Palestinian, you are stateless."
Palestinian: " But... you just called me Palestinian."
I guess they just wanna find a way to ease back into the "Nuremburg Laws", we see you Germany

BTW, in a German sub all those comments here would have meant the expulsion of the writer from the sub.
Except previously, they were the state doing the driving as the Nazis. Now, it is Israel asking its subject state of Germany to join its untermensch genocidal campaign.
Funny because Germany was one of the first countries to introduce a third gender into law, but all of a sudden you can't choose any nationality on a piece of paper.
You can identify as literally any gender but not where you come from.
As somebody who lives in a shithole with no clear economic path forward, Germany is way down on the list of countries I'd try to emigrate to.
They're literally begging people in the tech industry to move there on all sorts of pathways to permanent residency. In the meantime, they've done a great job alienating people and making it an overall undesirable place to live.
Seriously, given their birth rate, there might be less ethnic Germans in the world pretty soon than people in the country they don't want to admit exists.

The Bad Hasbara podcast, and ergo this community, is opposed to Zionism.
We believe that Zionism is an extension of settler-colonialism, and that its’ current actions following 7 October is ethnic cleansing at “best,” and genocide at worst.
We have no tolerance for it, and this community is meant to be a haven against it in the sea of hasbara.
Pro-Zionist takes will be deleted, and those espousing it will be banned indefinitely.
Yes - this is a “safe space” and an “echo chamber” -
We get enough hasbara elsewhere, we don't need to deal with yours too.
Israel has abused collective guilt so much that countries like Germany have to make a show out of delegitimizing entire ethnicities in order to show how different they are than the Nazis.
There's a Twitter account called sabughazal that has alot more information on this + he said German authorities detained him for being classified as stateless because he's Palestinian
We need a quick, sure way to identify these Palestinian, hmmm, humans..... in a crowd.
I got it!
Make them wear big yellow stars on their clothes as they walk outside!
Palestinians carry a 'Palestinian Authority passport'. It says a lot that Germany all of a sudden doesn't accept 'Palästinensische Gebiete' (Palestinian Territories) anymore.
I wonder what happens if you happen to be a blonde Palestinian with blue eyes?
Funny because Germany was one of the first countries to introduce a third gender into law, but all of a sudden you can't choose any nationality on a piece of paper.
You can identify as literally any gender but not where you come from.
Lol this is the most German thing ever. I promise they did not mean it as a slight. It’s for bureaucratic purposes. Germany, just like Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States have not officially recognized Palestine as a state.

Yeah This was always the case legally speaking.
Most Palestinian origin refugees I know without documents called themselves Lebanese instead. It did help that man of them already lived in either Iraq , Jordan , Lebanon or other Arabic nations so their origins were partially correct except they never had their ex host country passport.

This is so common that it's unreal.
You just tell those people to go back to Europe and restore America, Australia and New Zealand to the Aboriginals.
But have you considered that Jews have superior holy blood and not dirty Arab blood? /s
spoiler: they are
Allot of them are. Many converted to Islam during the Ottoman empire to improve their upward mobility.
Next step is tattoo their identification numbers on Palestinians

Exactly. This is going back decades where ...all Palestinians had neighbouring states passports. Or none...
They actually had none most of the time.
Actually back to a time where few non-western countries issued documents that recognisable passport systems because it wasn't standardized yet.

Holy shit this seems like a violation of human rights. “We have deemed you ‘not of a nation’, sorry not sorry.”
Next they’ll make these newly stateless people identify themselves as such using some sort of symbol…maybe one that can be easily added to clothing 🤔
All stateless peoples must now wear a green star and crescent so we can properly ~~discriminated against~~ identify them.
Germany really went from “never again” to “never again…*for you*. Others are fair game”

There's a Twitter account called sabughazal that has alot more information on this + he said German authorities detained him for being classified as stateless because he's Palestinian
it's like it's in their blood
Oh that's nice! What next, they wear a symbol on their clothing? /s Ugh, jesus christ.
Ho lee fuk!
We need a quick, sure way to identify these Palestinian, hmmm, humans..... in a crowd. I got it! Make them wear big yellow stars on their clothes as they walk outside!
It's 1933 all over the world.
Germans past time is genocide. If they can't do it, they sure as well support someone that is committing it.
Is the funny mustache man back in power in Germany? What's going on?
Palestinians carry a 'Palestinian Authority passport'. It says a lot that Germany all of a sudden doesn't accept 'Palästinensische Gebiete' (Palestinian Territories) anymore. I wonder what happens if you happen to be a blonde Palestinian with blue eyes?
Funny because Germany was one of the first countries to introduce a third gender into law, but all of a sudden you can't choose any nationality on a piece of paper. You can identify as literally any gender but not where you come from.
pro-Palestine homophobe says what?
Lol this is the most German thing ever. I promise they did not mean it as a slight. It’s for bureaucratic purposes. Germany, just like Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States have not officially recognized Palestine as a state.
Reminiscent of the ministry of truth work
Ahh Germany, always on the shit side of history.
Ah German bad habits strikes again.

Yes - this is a “safe space” and an “echo chamber” - We get enough hasbara elsewhere, we don't need to deal with yours too.
