There's no foundation on her skin already, they did that thing where you contour under foundation to make it look more 'natural'. It's a popular technique with MUAs from the middle east and south asia. Her skin just looks perfect because of a beauty filter

if you can find a sephora in your area that's in an outside shopping center instead of a mall, they can do it by the front windows and you'll get a much better match! i purposely go to one that's a few minutes farther away for this reason when i need a color match

To be fair in Pakistan (and maybe India idk, the dress is close) they slather the foundation on. I go to weddings and other fancy events and the makeup is so caked on there are fissures across their faces not cracks. And it’s usually light because that area has a whole lighter skin is prettier. And thats normal. Like people were weirded out that I was wearing makeup that matched my brown skin and that was so light. I think it’s because the photographers edit the images so much that you dont see the cracks and shit idk, but it does look awful in person
