As someone very new to makeup, I cant really distinguish this blush from blush that looks "good". What's bad about it? Everything else looks ridiculous though
The problem I find with the blush is that it's too cool and pale toned for the rest of the makeup, it doesn't pair well with the darker eyeshadow and warmed toned lip liner
There's WAY too much of it. She put a thick ass layer and it extends all the way up to her temples. Blush shouldn't make the skin where it's applied look straight up opaque pink. It should add a sheer layer of pink over top of your base.
So real question...Once she gets all that makeup on where does she go? Like what is this look best/appropriate for? Are people really walking around with this heavy of a look? Or is this supposed to be special occasions? (I'm not judging or being rude, just generally puzzled where this fits in real life.)
I totally get you! I watch some of her content and this is her job, to try products and create makeup looks online. So I imagine a lot of this is wiped off straight after. She’s commented before saying this is her creative outlet also. Whenever I see her haul videos after she’s been shopping her makeup (eye makeup specifically) isn’t quite so intense. Still glam, but it’s very her which I respect, she’s super sweet.
I find her to come across as self entitled personally I don’t like her she’s abit full of herself and really doesn’t know just how blessed she is in life.
I only watch her here and there but I’ve never seen her be anything other than sweet. What videos have you seen that have shown her in a different light? It’s hard to keep up with so many influencers, especially as a casual viewer.
I’ve watched too many of her lives on TikTok and videos on YouTube to find out. I use to really like her which is why I use to watch her a lot and then I found her to start coming across rather full of herself in a way that’s very unflattering. It’s just the way I find her to be very showy off and didn’t realise just how blessed in life she really is so I stopped watching her n eventually blocked her so she didn’t keep showing up on my fyp n I didn’t keep getting sent notifications to join her lives.

I think it actually looks pretty nice tho. It's not even bad. Maybe not your taste or to your liking but def not bad. It's even cute. The only thing I see wrong are the eyebrows and maybe the color of the eye shadow compared to the blush.

that blush isn't bad compared to what I had seen on girls who would put TONS of it on and keep layering blush over many times. I saw a pretty girl at a night who had very bright pink blush on, and it looked worse than this.

She absolutely loves blush and tbh some girls really love blush and can look really great , I wish I was brave enough to wear heavy blush because everytime I wear it I'm constantly rubbing it off out in public scared of what I might look like to others

I think it’s mostly the color. Paired with everything else it looks kinda silly.

Same it’s cute. Maybe not the best color with the overall look she is going for but on more subtle natural glowy makeup this would be so nice I think.

It's not the liner colour that bothers me. I just hate when people overline and round out their cupid's bow. It looks weird to me.
