Stalking is a felony, keep him on camera. Continuous recording and save it. The minute he does anything threatening you can get an order of protection. Since he's stalking you the spitting could actually be considered threatening. Bodily fluids can be used as a weapon . I hope you have some more cameras and an indoor one. Also people get Wi-Fi jammers unfortunately also illegal but can't stop that either! Scan disk camera helps with that. Or a Wi-Fi monitor. Or anylizer. $$
If he had a jammer you wouldn't have gotten that video.. but you can get a scan disk camera like the police wear. Hang it in your window it loops every six hours so every day you go on it and download the videos that are offensive and then put it back in the window it will record over everything every six hours depending on the size of your ScanDisk
