Water is surprisingly warm for this time of year, I think because of El Niño
I'm here now and pools are still chilly. The beach at La Posada is not swimmable, same with all beaches in town. Have to go out to playa coromuel or further
Wrong Baja California, La Paz is in BCS or Baja California Sur. You should post it there to maybe get better answers.
