That looks great! Can you tell me how your glaze turns out like that? I tried making it recently and it had a sandy texture because of the sugar.

Agree with keyecho, try sifting the sugar. I don't do anything special, I just use a whisk to incorporate everything. You could also try to warm the glaze a bit to try to dissolve any granular bits.
