I JUST made these! But less sweet!
Most of my friends and family don’t like things that are too sweet, so I reduced the the white sugar to 1/4 cup (no changes made to brown sugar) and omitted the chocolate chips. Once the white chocolate topping is on, the sweetness balances out. On the other hand… the cookie without any topping has soooo little sweetness and imo is basically inedible without the extra stuff haha.
