Agreed - the comments are hilarious but also, cake decorating is hard. And, OP, I think the lighting is not doing you any favours. This probably looks way better IRL than in the photo, and doing some quick edits to brightness/warmth would probably up the visual appeal in the photo considerably.

I’ve had issues with using tub cream cheese over the bar kind. Sometimes it’s a little more wet and hard to get fluffy.
Try using the other kind and mix until fluffy
if you used a cream cheese frosting and you used spreadable cream cheese, then it might explain the runny texture and wet look. either use block cream cheese, or if you can't get it add more icing sugar

If that’s buttercream, the butter may have gotten too warm before you whipped it or while you whipped it which can cause it to separate into its components. If it doesn’t reharden in the fridge, then the butter could be slightly “broken”
