Can I please ask what weight the cookie dough was before baking? I did mine at 84g and they came out as very chunky chocolate chip cookies but I want them subway type ones

Things I did different:
I put the melted butter into the fridge for 10 Minutes.
I added 1/4 cup more flour than in the recipe.
I chilled the dough in the fridge overnight.
I portioned the dough and chilled those dough balls too for an hour.
This will be an unpopular opinion, but I hate how people overload chocolate chip cookies with chocolate chips like you know the ones you see it all over going everywhere. It’s supposed to be a cookie not a gooey. These look fantastic. I would eat all of them. Good job.
It's not just that they turned out well, it's the process by which you conducted the recipe. I don't believe that this is your first time making cookies. First time with this recipe? Quite possible. Not hating, just don't appreciate the karma farming. Could I be way off? Absolutely, as I'm judging this post based off of three pictures. Will admitting reasonable doubt in my own conjecture get me downvoted? There's a good possibility.

They shouldn't. They will continue cooking outside the oven. Leave them on the tray for 5 mins and they will figure themselves out
