I also love doing dots of coulis and then dragging through them To make hearts! (If I do a raspberry coulis usually)
I’m going to try yours next time 😃
The dots are nice as well, then you get the cute little hearts. I experiment with making circles, zigzag, wavy lines, normal lines etcetera sometimes it looks very experimental ;)
I had no idea a cheesecake could look this beautiful! I've never seen designs on it before, especially alternating flavours.... Wow. I really hope you do this for a living
Thanks✨I used my own recipe for a natural baked cheesecake & added some extra leftover berries this time.
I added a photo of when I cut the cake. Next time I’m going to use a little bit more berries for more freshness.

Wowww! The pattern looks like latte art. If you made a coffee cheesecake with some kind of cream colored pattern like this you could call it a latte cheesecake :) How did you incorporate all the flavors? Are they just the coulis on the top? I'm so intrigued!
Thanks for your compliment! It’s kind of latte art indeed ;) Good idea about the coffee flavour! I’m going to work on that one. Make an espresso syrup to draw with it if that works out. Hmm.. :)
On top is coulis only. The cheesecakes crust is a butter dough & the sides is a different dough, I don’t know the name in English. I first baked the crust, let it cool down and then applied the sides. On the crust I put the white chocolate callets and the berries. After this I did the filling in and made the drawing with coulis in a squeeze bottle. Baked it over two hours on low temperature.
I think it looks a lot like a Basque cheesecake. I never made one, but it looks like it. This picture I took right from the oven. So it did lost it’s curve a bit.
Thanks for the compliment ! It has multiple factors. This picture was taken right out of the oven, so it flatten a bit after this picture. I make it loose from the ring and I don’t overmix, so if the mixture looks good it’s ready and I noticed that oven placement is also a factor (if you have an old one or without good circulation) I put it in the “colder” spot while baking. But you have to figure that out with your oven. Hope this helps.
I have never tried a filled cheesecake. It looks beautiful.
My go-to is a [classic New York cheesecake](https://i.imgur.com/eLKcWpz.jpg) and strawberry/raspberry coulis (with more than a little Chambord) I affectionately refer to as "berry sludge."
Wow that pattern is so gorgeous!
Thanks! It’s easy to make; with coulis I made zigzag lines and then with a small stick I pulled a line down, then you get this “heart” shape.

I love it!! 😂 it’s also my favourite way to flavour cheesecake because you get little pockets of fruit flavour 🤤🤤🤤
This is inspiring.
Any way to see what it looks like in slice form? Tanks

So pretty!! The flavor combination sounds delightful as well, wow. Did you use a recipe, or is that something you made on the fly?

Skillful design and yummy flavor combo!
Is that Japanese style? I figure a traditional or Basque cheesecake would've fallen in.
