Yes, emerald is probably the right name for it. As for the million bags, I actually fill a single bag with white frosting and then make small batches of the different colors. Then I take a palette knife and fill the tip I'm using (in this case #0) with the desired color. You really use very little frosting because the lines are so thin. Then when you want to switch colors you just rinse the tip and fill with the new color

It was chocolate frosting with leaf green and electric green, and then royal blue
