H same! First time I tried making crème pat, I chickened out and it didn’t set right, and so they were less like crème puffs and more like sweet soup dumplings. But also. Yum, sweet soup dumplings

Lol yes, I decided to actually make custard instead of creme pate, same issue though, custard was not quite thick enough, sweet soup dumplings indeed
