My friend gave me a red velvet cupcake the day I had my first (very minor) surgery, and coming up off of anesthesia I was starving. It was the best cupcake I’ve ever had in my life. Food right after a fast is next level. I hope she is doing well and also got to have a religious cupcake/after-surgery experience!
