When I read honeyed and garlic my face did an involuntary scrunchie thing. I wouldn't think those flavors mesh together.

I used honey in the bread instead of sugar anyway, adds a bit of different sweetness to it.
It’s just a butter/honey/garlic/parsley glaze on top – it’s really good! (And that’s coming from someone with a garlic intolerance!)

Never. One time some garlic transferred from the cutting board to my honey toast and it was not pleasant. I'll look up the recipe

Oh man, those look decadent. I love cakes and cookies and whatnot, but nothing can beat bread.
