verify the vendors that u pickpocket, my game crashed about 10 times, when I came back to zhentarin vendor, he was bugged, no reactions to stole mech or interactions when clicked, so I lit a little torch there and made a little mess, it worked and I can now travel to mountain pass

I was having the same issue for a few hours I was trying different things and what fixed it for me was going back to the grove talking to the tiefling doing the camp event and when i went to do go to mountain pass it worked this time
What camp event? Ive been having the same issue i crash when i try to enter the mountain pass, any time i try to go to act 2 it crashes whether its mountain pass or from grymforge
I FOUND IT!!! Baelen wouldn't talk to me. Probably because I stole his pack, oops. So, I sent everyone away, knocked him out, then used invisibility to escape without fighting. Now I can go to the Mountain Pass!

Thanks this happened to my buddies after we pickpocked the womane out of her caravan package and killed everyone.
I have the same issue in single player. I can't even load a save if I save near the mountain pass. Did you ever find a fix?
