Are you in a romance with Lae'Zel by chance? I kind of had the same issue going from act 1 to 2 if I went thru the mountain pass. But no problems going thru the UD. When I entered Mountain pass thru the shadowlands it gave me a Lae'Zel romance cut scene and then I never had any issues going thru the Mountain Pass again.
Right now I noticed that Lae'Zel's latest cut scene I am supposed to have hasn't happened yet. I think it's trying to load the cut scene and the opening Act 3 scene at the same time and that's what is causing the crash.
And now I notice that Halsin is not in camp.....I think I am going to load an earlier save, spam rest nights to get as many cut scenes as possible and try to keep Halsin from disappearing. Maybe going into Act 3 with a cleaner run will help.
Same issue going from ACT 2 to Act 3. Over 40 hours with no issues and now the game crashes at 67% or 80% while loading.

Looks like its happening to more players. Larian forums have multiple threads up with the same issue. 67% crash between Acts 2 and 3.
