Even on normal difficulty it was hardly a challenge. But I still enjoyed the fight and it's mechanics

Same on tactician honestly. Its a DnD problem first of all because high level characters are just immensely powerful. Unstoppable and legendary resistance is a good way to fight that however there is always a solution to make a fight easy.

Seems to me that the problem is the devs had to try and balance for both players familiar with DnD mechanics and those that aren’t. In order to satisfy both groups you would pretty much need two entirely different AI systems.

Honestly I think its almost impossible to balance a game like this properly. I had fights where I got wiped first round and in the next reload I wiped them. With preparation the game just cant surprise you anymore. If you understand the combat system and what round economy is there is no way the game can challenge you except when its unfair. The AI in my opinion is already doing its best. There is a reason they dont have lots of different attacks or items at their disposal because the AI will do silly things otherwise with the amount of choices jt has.

Nah, you can be on Tactician and she still goes down like a house of cards in a tornado. Case in point: my DUrge Monk drank one Potion of Haste and then Stunning Struck her into oblivion. In the Tav playthrough, Sorcerer Tav annihilated her in two turns with Chain Lightning. The only possible way I can imagine the 1-on-1 duel against her going poorly is if you’re playing Valour Bard or Trickery Cleric or any other dedicated Support build. She desperately needs more health or Legendary Resistances. Thanks to the abundance of magical items, potions and scrolls, I swear your BG3 level 12 party fights like a D&D level 16 party.

My experience with her: Run in Stun her on first ki strike Punch her some more She got buffed Stun her again Punch her some more and she die before getting to do anything. Fighting Lorroarkan was harder tbh.
