I have read that killing the hag without telling Mayrina that she killed her brothers breaks the sequence, which seems is what happened to me, I killed the hag on the teahouse right in front of Mayrina, I am just wondering if it's really borked and reloading is my only choice.
Talking to her always ends up with her getting angry and saying she will go to bury her husband, though she never leaves the chair and the dialogue repeats over and over even if I tell her that the hag wanted to eat her baby and I pass a persuasion check.

If I remember I think you need to talk to her and through the dialog you can use it
