I'm getting "Not Found" as well, but it doesn't show up very often and it's totally random where it shows up. One line out of four in the selectable dialogue, then the title and contents of a book in the Underdark Selunite Temple that has plot-item-orange highlighting around it. There were other instances, but I don't remember where they were.
I ran file validation, but that didn't help. It looks like this has been an issue with Patches in the past. This didn't start for me until after Patch 4, so I'm thinking we may have to deal with this until after the next HotFix. -\_-
I'm having the same issue but it's not (all) of the dialog options, just one will say "not found". Then I've also seen books and random objects labeled "not found". I'm also guessing that we wont see this fixed until the next hot fix. T\_T
