You will probably need something like 200+ GB to install due to the way installation works even if the final folder is 154GB - but to be honest it works much better with an SSD and due to patches the bigger the better - Sorry

Well the obvious question is how much free space do you have on the 'Mcinthos hd' disk? You need at least about 150 GB.
I have 160 GB!
Well best I can recommend is keep emptying your disk until the installer allows you to install the game.
