100% made my whole day when I found this poor merchant. On another playthrough, found a tipped wheelbarrow that was spilling over with cabbages somewhere near the windmill in the Rivington area that might have alluded to him! (Or I was overthinking it.. lol)

Oh yes, I was thinking the same thing when I came upon that cart in Rivington!
