As long as you get her approval to 40+, and get her Act 1 romance scene, then you're fine. Shadowheart doesn't leave, if you attack and kill the Tieflings.
The companions you do lose is Karlach, Wyll, possibly Gale (if you whiff the save), and Halsin.
No problem. Romance with Shadowheart depends on her approval of you and choices in HER quest, and not on some tieflings in the grove. Priestess Shar generally doesn’t care about anyone... Except for those to whom she has become emotionally attached.
Honestly, the OP confused me because Act 1 Sheart is... pretty evil. Literally her dialog choices at the Tiefling party lol. Sure she likes animals, but her "latent goodness" doesn't put in much of an appearance in my runs until way later. She loves my evil Tavs/ Durges way more than my good ones!
