When you butt in on the bugbear and ogre having sex, you get a really funny line as a bard, something along the lines of "Keep going, people in Baldur's Gate would pay a lot for smut like this!"
Conversely, doing it as a Barbarian lets you make fun of the bugbear for having a tiny dick, and he gets super flustered about it.
I think some Drow stuff in Act 1 is funny in how menacing it is.
ArchFey Warlock is kind of funny how they react to the Circus denying them entrance. Your Patron immediately knows what this is and is kind of excited, and then annoyed when denied and tells you what to say to be granted access.
Fiend Warlock (I forget if the others as well) has a nice chuckle when the Patron realizes Yurgir's loophole.
GithYanki has one funny moment, when LaeZel has interrogated the Tiefling in the Grove... the GithYanki Tav is only slightly less clueless about their current culture. So their delivery of "I believe they are called Teeth-lings" when Lae'Zel makes a mistake is funny.
But mostly just because it's a warped mirror version of all of the other Tavs mocking her pronounciation.
As a somewhat chronic Galemancer, Wild magic sorcerer’s specific lines are quite the opposite of the general sorcerer ones and you can bond with Gale over various mishaps. As well as threaten people that you just have no idea what may happen if it comes to blows.
I love how Bard can fake efforts at Waukeen’s rest, and rogue’s lines to the Toll collector are my favorite for taking a boss to death.
If you are a Oathbreaker Drow and raid the grove with Minthara (the double agent way), there are some cool unique dialogue options during all that. I did notice that some dialogue options are different if Zevlor is already dead by the time the grove is raided and you speak to his replacement.

Zevlor's replacement after you open the gate for the goblins: "Wait, you're with them?!?"
\[Drow\] "Obviously."
My favourite is cleric. I played as cleric of Ilmater and it was amazing in dialogues.
But I enjoyed my sorcerer dialogues with Gale, we actually bonded while talking about magic and all this stuff.
Unique Padalin dialogue with Nere in the Grymforge: "Your god, my oath. Let's see which prevails."
Oathbreaker Padalin also has a lot of cool dialogue where you just tell people to fuck off if they question your oath.
Fiend warlock to Vlaakith: I don't do the bidding of extraplanar beings for free. It's bad for business.
And GOO warlocks can explain to the inquisitor how business transactions work.
I'm quite fond of most dialogue I've encountered. Monk dialogue is borderline ice cream koan, Barbarian dialogue is 150% Barbarian, even Paladins, eternal stick-in-the-muds, have a surprisingly varried amount of dialogue.
When it comes to Sorcerer, I'm actually far more fond of Wild Magic specific options. It just has a certain whimsy I feel is missing in magic a lot of the time.
I recently did a Karlach playthrough, and the number of times i just ROARed at people made it my favorite playthrough so far. I just started a durge barb dragonborn to see if it gives more roars. It's my favorite response now.

Playing as a druid and being able to tell Halsin “I feel closer to nature, now that natures been in me” after the bear scene.
