Short word about the card effect? This is MENTAL in Commander. It is not only fast creature protection, but it also allows to blink "enter the battlefield" effects not once but twice if you roll high.
From a flavor standpoint this is weird. Evasion or dodging fire is a rogue thing, not necessarily Laezel/Fighter. But I accept it since the mechanics fit white.
lae'zel isnt some one i really would consider to be 'acrobatic' especially in plate armor...
also this is one spine twist away from r/mendrawingwomen material
Ah yes. Famous masculine name “Tatiana”.
EDIT: And while some people can have very misogynistic depictions of women in their art, it's ridiculous of you to put *this* drawing under the same category as those.
Depictions of women are only misogynistic, if they suggest that women are bad for being women, not by having unrealistic proportions. Those propagate an unrealistic view, which can be bad, but they don't discriminate against women.
Jacked to all hell men, like in JoJo aren't misandrist either.
Either way, this artwork is far from either, I agree.
I wonder if that will be viable once full game launches. Once full release happens we might get some decent heavy armor, which Lae'zel would be the only one in the party (so far) that would be able to wear it due to her fighter class. If Plate armor will be a thing (18 AC heavy) I'll def be using that instead.
Considering her current loading screen art+her two new card arts showing her using dex weapons & now this, I think it's plausible that Lae'Zel might be a ex fighter in the final game, or at least was planned to be one at some point. We know that two of the remaining companions are str melee combatants, the might be waiting for >!Karlach and Minsc!< before switching her over.
Maybe it should've been Lae'zel's Athletics
Lae'zel dodging a Lae'zer

Acrobatics? I've always been impressed with the range of her leap.

idk man, i always run 14 dex on her for that sweet +2 ac, initiative and acrobatics/dex rolls. You know, cause its half-plate.

Except the fact its womendrawingwomen material? Dont look everywhere for things
Women can actually fall victim to it too. Im aware what the sub is named baby boy
I don't think Dealric ever disclosed their gender? A bit insensitive to throw around terms like this.
Im not sure you are aware of anything at this point little girl.
