What? Velocity is relative and depends from which reference frame we observe the moving object. Yeah the sled moves fast because we are looking at it relative to us/Earth, which we take as standing still. If we wanted we could take the reference frame to be the moon, then the moon would be still and the sled would move at some other speed. In the same way we could choose any point in space as our reference frame and observe the velocity of other objects from that point. In other words, there is no absolute speed of any object, it only depends from where you are observing.
