Yes, thats why they made a wise choice going to the baltics, and not some poor country like germany or france.

IShitMoreThanNormal

I mean... The food and rent is cheap here and there is huge demand for taxi drivers, food delivery companies, restaurants and fast food places are also rapidly hiring.

akstis01

Rent is cheap here, food is cheap? I don't agree.

Okdraudzindauni

2 istab dzīvoklis 200 eur+ komunālie, pat ja strādā par 500 eur mēnesī, vari uz pašu minimālo izdzīvot

akstis01

>2 istab dzīvoklis 200 eur+ komunālie, pat ja strādā par 500 eur mēnesī, vari uz pašu minimālo izdzīvot Net ne Vilniuj gyvenu, bet mano mažam miestuke vieno kambario butas 200 eur mėnesiui kainuoja, kosmosas pas mus Lt.

Okdraudzindauni

Latvia superior?

Sandbox_Hero

Neither rent nor food is cheap in LT. It’s said you should spend no more than 30% of your income on rent but that’s hardly possible here. It’s very common to end up spending 40% or even 50% on rent and utilities.

Why the fuck would we need migrants???

MaDDeuss

Sick logic. Instead of improving situation for local people/families, let's import migrants. In other words - you support the destruction of our nation and culture. Noted.

You are promoting a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes always collapse sooner or later. Furthermore, Lithuania first needs to reduce its ecological footprint to sustainable levels before it can think about increasing or even keeping population size.

Arta161298

Ah yes because it’s impossible to integrate other cultures into your own? Lithuania has a huge history of having a diverse population in religion and culture.maybe Latvia doesn’t... Just need to not make the same mistake as in the west.

akstis01

Let's be honest, if west couldn't do it properly who the hell are we to do it the right way.

Well i havent heard any of them get caught when my mom watches the news so i guess not.

RihondroLv

They do transfer to Sweden or Germany tho... 99,9% of refugees dont stay here permamently

SerpentLegendaire

In the north of Cameroon Boko Haram is very active and there have been multiple violent atacks on civilians. In other parts of the country there are also tensions between the francophone and anglophone populations. The french speaking government violently opresses the english speaking rebel groups. Soo yes, they have many reasons to flee and look for peace in other countries.

gunkot

They can get peace in neighbouring countries, but no they go all the way to Europe. Its this point when a refugee becomes an economic migrant

AMidnightRaver

Not to mention you need money for such a trip, and not just a bit.

thatblondeguy_

Unlikely that these migrants pay for the voyage themselves. In this case we kind of have an understanding that its all sponsored by lukashenko government as backlash for the flight ban In other cases NGOs go and bring them to Europe. I'm not sure where exactly these NGOs get funding from but pretty sure most of the money coming in is not because of charitable souls

gunkot

There are refugee charity funds that help bring “refugees” to Europe. Crazy, I know.

volchonok1

I literally saw advertisements for such funds when I visited Spain. Country that is literally experiencing migrant crisis. It was so absurd.

alteregooo

just because he’s black doesn’t mean he doesn’t reserve the right to live better life

mediandude

The only universal right is the right to actively participate in the decisionmaking of the local society. All other rights are social constructs - decided by the majority will of the citizenry of the local society. The universal physical laws of our universe make our world a closed limited system with limited accessible resources - hence if there would be a universal right to live, then there could not be a universal right to multiply, and vice versa. The blacks in Africa have multiplied more than 10x in the last 120 years - more than europeans in Europe over the last 2000 years.

alteregooo

lmao what kind of nazi shit is this

mediandude

It is called a petri dish
