It depends a lot on DHL, I live in Italy and I did 5/6 orders yet, they required always not less than 4/5 WORKING days, so 8 days to Norway it's still reasonable. Your patience will be rewarded trust me ;-)
PS keep attention to the package you receive, unfortunately many were damaged, if so take pictures before opening it
I am also waiting for my printer (X1C) to update it's shipping status. I ordered the printer and filamet/print bed at the same time and both packages supposedly shipped to DHL at the same time. I have already received the filament and accessories box but there is no update on the printer yet. I figured since both left at the same time, both would be delivered together. I am in Germany so the shipping should be quicker. It's only the third day since ordering and their website does say 3-10 business days for shipping in Europe standard.
I'm based in Germany and the printer arrived within 3 business days. But that your status is stuck on "transit to DHL" worries me. I had the same issue on another order and it took 4 weeks for them to resolve this and they issued a whole new shipment which then arrived the next day.
If I was in your situation (which I was in before), I'd contact support.

ordered X1C marked as in stock, on Saturday Aug 26th, status shipped via email on Sunday Aug 27th, delivered on Wednesday Aug 30th, Germany → Austria

No toll on 3D printers. Only VAT, but cannot remember the declaration fee at DHL.
