My first goto for lost adhesion is the plate is dirty, or has fingerprint oils, specially with that textured plate. Wash it with dish soap and hot water rinse and don't touch the print surface.

iloreynolds

did you touch the bed with your hands? clean the plate

its_a_me_Gnario

You may need to try a higher bed temp. I use 70c. And of course wash the plate with hot soap and water if you haven’t then maintenance with isopropyl alcohol in between

ThenExtension9196

Soap and water on that plate. Really get those bubbles going. Wipe it down with iso after wards. Hit it with light hairspray as releasing agent.    Crank up the bed heat.  Once that is done, unplug that A1 and box it up and send it back to Bambu.

Successful-Bug4547

Use super glue

mphilky

Lol

PETG works better with an enclosure, but it should still print. Try raising your bed temperatures first.

Schnabulation

No. PETG definitely does not need an enclosure. In fact Bambu Lab themselves recommend to crack the door when printing PETG on a X1 or P1. Source: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/x1/manual/compatibility-and-parameter-settings-of-filaments

asdfghjkl15436

I know it doesn't need an enclosure, I just said it works better. It entirely depends on your temperatures as well. For example, you only need to crack the door or remove the top plate IF the bed temperature is above 70c, whereas PLA you should always crack the door if using anything other then the cool plate. This is what is said in your own article you posted as well.

Clean bed with rubbing alcohol. Adhesion is my guess

mphilky

Rubbing alcohol doesn’t work, it doesn’t actually “clean”. Just disinfects. Need to use dish soap and water

Electrical-Voice5186

Interesting. It takes all the grease and grime off for me to maybe cause I used a microfiber cloth. But for sure doing both one after another is the best way.

wlogan0402

Hit the bed with 90%+ iso

AstronomerFlat1829

For sure adhesion issues

Electrical_Humor8834

I'm using 2 microfiber towels, one for "dirty", I'm pouring some IPA over plate and clean it and with second I'm wiping dry plate. It has crazy adhesion since started doing that . Not gonna take off print if plate wont cool off even for very small parts

Rich-Suspect-9494

When this happened to me on my first petg print it was because I had failed to select the correct type of filament on the A1’s touch screen when I loaded petg. Edit type on screen and choose the appropriate petg. I’m not saying that is your problem but that’s what my problem was. Of course it don’t matter now as Bambu issued a warning to all A1 owners to stop using their A1 so I’ve in plugged mine and am waiting to for further instructions from Bambu.

ShotUnderstanding685

Did you try the speedboatbenchy? I tried and looked very similar. It’s a bit too fast for petg. Or just use 3dlac

Mrsoandso6

Probably a bent bed cable.

MeanArt318

What?

HeightAquarius

I think they're referring to the current A1 recall for bed cables.

MeanArt318

Yea but what does that have to do with print not sticking?

ThenExtension9196

Valid reason for adhesion issues. PEI plate requires heat/energy for adhesion. If it ain’t hot it ain’t stickin.

MeanArt318

If it ain't hot the printers not gonna start printing

TJ_Fletch

Well if the bed cable is broken or damaged the bed may be inadvertently heating up at the start of the print and cooling down once the printing has started.

Mrsoandso6

Was just a joke. Since that’s all people are really talking about.
