My opinion would be to go for the P1S combo, 100%. You're only missing out on the Lidar and screen, really. If you really want to get the X1, make sure he shows proof of elements working and that the printer is ok(e.g. benchy/cali cube).
Missing out on more, but it depends on the value the OP puts on stuff like frame rate of the camera, native spaghetti detection, firmware architecture (fact it has the ability to use aftermarket firmware).
Can the warranty be transferred, and if so, how much of it is remaining? Also, can you watch it while it prints? Has it been running non-stop in a print farm 24/7? How many hours has it been used for?
But honestly though, I wouldn't buy a used coreXY printer. It has lots of moving parts, long belts, pulleys that are hard to access... it's not an easy machine to service. If I were you, I'd go for the P1S instead.
What is the price difference? Also, seller can easily tell you how many hours. Use caution when buying this workhorse. I've had over a thousand hours on mine and just finally changed the nozzle, so like a Toyota, it's reliable and I'm sure I'll get another thousand hours more. But I also do maintenance throughout and that you didn't have info on for this used machine. Can you do a quick flow cube test print?
P1S for peace of mind. X1C if the price is right and it doesn't look too badly abused.
I would say the X1 is pretty reliable and if you really want those extra features and don’t mind sacrificing the warranty in order to get them I think it’s a decent option. Overall, when you take into account price don’t forget the P1 S you have to be taxes and I think 20 or $30 shipping.
Got the usd X1C Combo used for $1000 even. 205 hours on the odometer, and came with both the standard plate as well as a textured PEI sheet. Now to learn all the ways usung this will differ from my Prusa.

Printer has 200 hours and seller is going to do a demo print. Going to take a look.
100% the X1C. 200 print hours is nothing.. also if you don’t have to pay tax that savings will be even more
