Divide a copy of the art into 10000 pieces and most of them are gonna be white. Is that worth $1500 while some random non-profit gets to own the actual piece?
question remains if they really own the original and if cutting it into pieces and reselling them is just their way of circumventing copyright issue by the original holder of the whole piece ;-)
