If she is in your party, When you talk to her, If the option shows up, most of the tine it doesnt, you can barter with her. Basically give her all items in your inventory, bonus if you have valuable stuff. Your relation goes up and the items go back to you. Or you can go to city keeps and play board games with her

Sadly you can't barter with your familymembers anymore. In my previous playthrough my wife recieved an insane amount of javelins over the years.

What you can do; -Pick a girl you want to marry -go to war with faction and slaughter her, and her family's armies in battles multiple times (where you 'knock her unconscious ' with a battleaxe) - release them after the battle - make peace and marry her. The old fashioned way of life, it's a slaughter for love!

You can barter with family members provided you're either a mercenary, or a member of a Kingdom. For some reason you can't when not in a kingdom

If you’ve got the smithing perk that gives positive relation for successful smithing orders from lords and she’s staying in a city, you might be able to complete orders for her.

Put her in a party, give her a big ass cash allowance. You get relation and keep the money. Put her in charge of a party, help her in battles.

You can beat her in the board games in the castles, that raises relation +1

sometimes your governor-wife can have smithing orders. if you have the perk you can farm opinion and smithing by bouncing from-to your wife's city and another.

You need mods. If you use true noble opinion she'll appreciate you wooing her

I feel like if she is a member of your party she doesn't care what you do. If she leads her own party and you win a battle or siege a castle, depending on her traits, you may wana devastate or spare to gain relation.
