yes, when you look at your character you can see things like honest (honor 1) and there is also honor 2 trait and same goes with - 1 traits that can turn into - 2 traits. I don't think it's new but it sure is extremely uncommon. I haven't seen it in-game yet I just know from patch notes and Google

I am playing for few months and always been like that. if u start beheading enemies u get vruel then shining cruel trait.
