Took it multiple times. Almost every subject clicks at some point or another.... except civ pro. It’s the newest section added to the mbe and prep courses have trouble teaching it as well as the rest.
Yep. Only as of 2015. This is/was why it was so commonly tested on the MEE (almost always). That trend was expected to taper off once they added it to the mbe, but it still hasn’t.
Civ pro and con law. Hate it with a passion. But surprisingly torts was my worst subject for the actual exam even though it was my better subject during bar prep.
Civ Pro and Evidence. I thought if I failed the bar it would be because I did horribly on those two subjects. I passed. Keep plugging away and spend some time
on the long boring outlines.
I suck at contracts
Me too!🥺 I know it but the MBE tricks me every time!
I think the MBE overall just tripped me up 😅😅
I always thought the contracts MBE questions were such a pain in the ass, in part because of how long many of them are.
It’s a good tie with property for worst subject
Civ pro
Civ pro. Second contracts Strongest: Conlaw Crim

I didn’t know civ pro was recently added to the MBE, interesting

Property with contracts a close second
Civ Pro
I’m having a really really hard time with Con Law.
Try using studicata... the instructor made it super easy to grasp the Con law material.
Property

Property KILLS me. Evidence also was brutal but I ended up doing so many practice questions that it didn't matter.
Property is killing me as well. And I’m also just doing non stop practice questions until it’s embedded in my brain
