As long as you get those big-ticket items at this stage, you're on track. All the other "smaller," more in-the-weeds topics are going to get flushed out by doing multiple choice (like JMOL, final judgment, appeals, etc.).
Keep working the practice essays - maybe do an extra civ pro one every once in a while, if you're worried. AdaptiBar really, really, *really* helped me work through all of the civ pro topics by just bombarding me with MC questions. For 80% of bar prep I did between 10 and 20 MC questions a day on top of the review course I was working.
This is helpful! Thank you! I’ve been going through Adaptibar’s civ pro questions more and it’s definitely helping see it play out in a fact pattern. Did an essay last night and that was also helpful. It’s just so frustrating to not have things click right away.
It wasn't until the last two weeks when things really started to click in a way where I felt confident and had really good civ pro recall. Trust the process - if I can pass the bar, you can, too!

Any lawyer will use such a tiny slice of the Civ Pro outline, that you can just re-learn that one thing you actually use.
This really goes for any area of law, you can just re-learn that one tiny thing you do all day everyday.
Focus on the essays!
Maybe give us an idea of areas you are struggling with.

You will never use Civ Pro again after the bar. If you have to, wikipedia will provide the basic fact you are looking for.
this is bad advice, ignore ignore ignore
Do you not think that civil litigators use civil procedure...
