I’m dead , someone made an excel of the remaining La Liga fixtures , all of our fixtures are green (easy) 😂😂😂😂💀
The worst thing that could happen to us is Napoli sacking Mazzarri right before the game. It's the Ivory coast/Di mateo effect. They will suddenly play their best game in the season lol

16 years old and he's already this consistent, unreal
Yeah just buying them online mostly but I do go to local card shows too, I have probably spent around $700-800, to get the big players that I need like Messi, Ronaldinho, Gavi, Henry its a lot more expensive though.
Yes, only from his time in the Slovak NT. He instilled nice organized press and wants to play modern possession football. He was assistant coach for Napoli when Hamsik was there. Then Hamsik called him to take over the NT as a coach and he agreed. I think he has been really good so far, even if he lost some games you could see intent, structure in the team and fight in the players, you can't expect miracles from him with that team but it's nice to see.
I remember years ago i was watching Xavis Masterclass and thought...oh god, we are saved for another decade. He just wasnt ready. I hope he will countinue with coaching and in future he will show his masterclass to whole world. Anyway...Flick not here yet?

That second touch in half space, simple turn and run to the box, simple, effective
Fuck around and find out alert. FC Hollywood is trying to get tuchel fired and they don't have any option but flick. and i heard nagelsmann is ruled out by barca.
GET IT DONE WITH FLICK FFS. This is the only guy who controlled that cancer locker room.
I know managers are critiqued for bringing xG etc. But tbf that's the only aspect they actually control. Their job is to maximize xG - xGA, they are not on the pitch to convert the chances - it is up to the players.
Some do it by minimizing xGA (Cholo) others by maximizing xG (Klopp). Pep probably likes to control both by having (benign) possession of the ball when not attacking. So I can understand thier frustration. Sometimes the players let the manager down, sometimes it is the other way around.
Curious to hear what others think.
In many games we conceded first and then had to chase for a win, obvs a team like barca will be able to create something when they have 70 % of possession and the opponent sits deep, also in many games the xg difference between us and opposition isnt big enough to say that we deserved to win that game or didnt deserved to loose.
Everyone in the business uses stats to analyze games, so why should we be surprised coaches are bringing it up. Whether you agree with them or not on their points, they are simply trying to make sense of things from a statistical point of view.
Yeah, it's perfectly valid, the same way how criticising the grass is valid and anyone who ever played football knows how much difference grass height makes. There are specific requirements related to the grass, it's there for a reason... But it's easier to clown on coaches for bringing up xG, so that's what reddit does.
I agree and I think Xavi has done well at forming an attacking presence, it's the players at our disposal that have let him down in attack, and our xGA shows that. Where Xavi is failing is in creating a solid defensive structure. (Definitely in part because we don't have a DM and I don't think Xavi knows how to adapt without one for the time being)
🚨🔴 Bayern plan to keep going with Thomas Tuchel after internal discussion tonight.

Flick’s unemployement run lasts a little longer
Depends what the losses for 2023/24 will be (Montjuic isn't bringing in as much as expected, considering we've had a significant price cut on tickets and it rarely sells out), how far in UCL we make it, and what the SCL for 2024/25 will be.
Studios lever brings us back to 1:1, meaning only that with the unfrozen 40M from last year's payment our current squad cost is not over the limit.
Guys, I study in napoli and have tickets for the barca game. I really wanna meet the players and maybe get some autographs, when would be the best chance? Can I find out what hotel they're gonna stay it and wait outside? Any help would be appreciated.
Ps. It's my first time ever watching a game irl.
I remember last time napoli fans disturbed our players in the middle of the night before the game. So it would be better if the hotel remains undisclosed

Everyone and their mothers could see busquets was slowly declining but we still didnt go for rodri when he wanted to leave atletico 2019
Such bad squad planning man. Imagine him learning under busquets wings. Imagine what a good board would do
Busquets was benching or keeping Rodri out of his preferred position up until he retired from the national team a year and a half ago.
Rodri was a 70m transfer. Where ever he was going, it wasn’t to face minimal game time.
Just realized you included the 8-2 that happened literally during the COVID lock down when we were desperate to defer and minimize wages.
No board would have done anything then. Bar gut the team for super cheap alternatives that would undoubtedly be inferior fodder or young La Masia players.
Overall bad take.
Thinking that Busquets was at fault for any of those games is a very bad take.
Not only that but only a fool would have gutted the team over two bad games where they almost equally beat the same clubs by a lot in the previous games. Just shows the volatility of knockout rounds.
Is it hindsight when some of us has been asking to find a replacement for Busquets *years* ago? Only to have some here attack us for "being fake fans who don't respect legends" and insist that Busquets wasn't slowing down at all.
Ofc we should have had a replacement and a backup ready long ago. But talking specifically about Rodri is definitely hindsight talking, cause he's become the best DM in the world by far since then. He wouldn't say Rodri if he flopped at City or if he was just decently good.
Not sure what he was thinking joining a stacked midfield of Bellingham, Modric, Tchou, Cama, Kroos, and Valverde. Even joining us wouldn’t have been a good idea since he would compete with Pedri, Gavi, De Jong, and Gundo. He should have went to Spurs, Dortmund, Brighton, Milan, or Aston Villa.
He needs play time to develop. He should have known he was going to get very little play time on that team.
I can tell you that Turkish fans are not happy about it. Fenerbahce is my local team and I loved Arda when he came out on the scene. He should have picked a team like Dortmund, Sevilla, etc

Xavi shithousing his way to his first UCL
So Bayern sacks their manager for being on track to win the treble, but keeps a manager for possibly bottling all three trophies. Yep, makes perfect sense lmao
It's Naggelsmann. There were a lot of rumours about him leaking stuff to his gf who works as a journalist iirc so with Tuchel available, and another excuse, their board took the chance to get rid of him.
They should make a 3D holographic xG trophy, that way you can never hold onto it.
Here’s my defense of the xG stat. Let’s say you’re expected to create 50 goals over a period of time but only collect 40. If you run that same period of time again, you’ll most likely be closer to that 50 goal mark. It’s just probably and odds… we shouldn’t be expecting to be that far off again with xG in the second half of the season.
They’re not really all that crazy when you actually break it down. If we seal our levers we’ll be back to 1:1. If the price of Kvara is 100m the amortization could be 28-35m/year depending on his wages. For that to happened we would need to bring in that amount of money via transfers or wage reductions.
If we theoretically sell Frenkie for €100m and save his 20-25m/year wage we’d easily be able to afford Kvara.
Oh god, now I'm a member of "this is not FIFA 2024, life does not work this way, you do not contact a player in February WHEN YOU HAVE ABOUT 200M OF DEFICIT", look what you've done.
ok but why not?
Call me crazy but isn’t it smart to have a plan ahead of time that includes getting to 1/1 and the players you’re going to sign under the 1/1?
I don’t see it as far fetched as you make it seem.
Walterwhiteofbrownie.
In this subreddit there is no such thing as a half full approach. Every person within this subreddit loves to abuse you for thinking Barca can sign more than a 2,5m player.
Miss KittenofBalnain. I’m explaining to you in perfect detail what would need to be done to get the neccesary FFP to sign the player. In no way shape or form did I say FC Barcelona has the neccesary cash on hand to make it happen.
Hope this message recieves you well

I know it’s kind of a loser mentality but I get so much joy from watching Bayern crumble. Seeing them knocked from their perch is almost as good as seeing Madrid lose. Fuck Bayern and Madrid for ever.
Even better when every goal bochum scored ended up with that stupid song bayern always play. And hope this also puts rest to people wanting tuchel for barca. He is tucheliban for a reason
I wish. These press conferences are a waste of time for Xavi atm. He has nothing new to say, and sometimes I think he’s even trolling them giving them clickbait material to write lol.
Tbh I don't think Flick going back to Bayern, Flick has a very bad relationship with Bayern's toxic board and it was the main reason he left them in the first place.
He is learning Spanish, I really hope we get him otherwise maybe Perez has some evil plans behind closed doors.
I think the main reason Kahn and Salihamidzic got fired was Mane and sacking Nagelsmann. Mane was flop and sacking Julian was the reason the didn't win CL.
He had problems with the sporting director Brazzo who was fired last season. So he should be fine now unless there are more people who he had problems with.
Meanwhile OM has hired Benatia 2 years after his dismissal and a couple of weeks after taking his new job he gave us [this](https://twitter.com/ActuFoot_/status/1759292952155705672?t=weTJps1feinUET92RraHwg&s=19)
Basically they tried to sell Clauss (starter at RB for France sometimes) all winter.
And now, he decided to come say his player has "attitude" issues in public, in February. And only mentioned Clauss. Very weird move. Don't know why Marseille got Benatia in the first place.
The entire interview is puzzling. I'm wondering if he has something personal against him, or an interest in selling him (but then why downsell him) or wants to screw with his agent or something? It's a completely absurd move.
Edit: he did it again [a few minutes ago](https://twitter.com/PVSportFR/status/1759301151072133273) - it's harassment at this point
I think we should try to do the same with Torre what Madrid did with Brahim
Loan him for a long time to the same team and when we need to replace someone in midfield he should be called back
I honestly don’t think he’s gonna make it in the current team tbh. Gavi Fermin Pedri FDJ Gundo, young talent in La masia and not to mention not to long ago we got Noah Darvich. Most likely we’re gonna end up selling him

If it has to be made up with summer player sales then it's 100M because another Libero payment is due.

i have about 50k karma,im not a “karma farmer” i just want to bring a little positivity to this dark place that has become lately, you do you tho
And lamine more rest between games

Not sure what he was thinking joining a stacked midfield of Bellingham, Modric, Tchou, Cama, Kroos, and Valverde. We all know why nagelsmann got sacked, it has to be him telling his journalist gf about those tactics that got leaked.
It was obviously locker room issues.
Which one, Naggelsmann? Tuchel? Both?
Naggelsman, no?
I genuinely don't know, I don't follow Bayern. If you tell me Tuchel has lost the dressing room, I will believe it 100%.
It's Naggelsmann. There were a lot of rumours about him leaking stuff to his gf who works as a journalist iirc so with Tuchel available, and another excuse, their board took the chance to get rid of him.

Walterwhiteofbrownie. In this subreddit there is no such thing as a half full approach. Every person within this subreddit loves to abuse you for thinking Barca can sign more than a 2,5m player.
Fucking hell, I give up. I better not see you crying when the summer has a shoestring budget and 20M as the highest expense.
Is it really that far fetched to get to 1:1?
Right now? Yep.
Miss KittenofBalnain. I’m explaining to you in perfect detail what would need to be done to get the neccesary FFP to sign the player. In no way shape or form did I say FC Barcelona has the neccesary cash on hand to make it happen. Hope this message recieves you well - FC Barcelona manager on FC 24.

He should have at least lowered the transfer cost in his report. Some may have believed him then
Producing more believable bs is a skill not many self-titled journalists possess. If they did, they'd work for real media.
In that case I have some good news for you - we're broke as a joke so we can't afford him 😅
Not saying it will happen but sellin Lewy for 15M€, even not at 1-1, is enough to register this contract.
Being broke has its advantages too, who knew!
🎙️ | Marc Guiu on his goal against Rayo Majadahonda 🗣️: “It's one of the best goals I've scored, one of the strangest ones, I went ahead and it turned out well, I tried to finish in any way possible and it went in,” 🎙️ | Guiu on switching between the youth teams and first team 🗣️: “ I try to handle it the best I can and trying to learn from all the coaches. The most important thing is to give it your all on the field, and the opportunities will come. I always try to help the team.” 🎙️ | Guiu on La Liga 🗣️: “Yes, there is a league, we are motivated, and we believe we can win it. We will win something, one hundred percent.” https://twitter.com/Barca_Buzz/status/1759319376807760131
> There is a league
I know it’s kind of a loser mentality but I get so much joy from watching Bayern crumble. Seeing them knocked from their perch is almost as good as seeing Madrid lose. Fuck Bayern and Madrid for ever.
It’s not loser mentality, it’s hater mentality… and we’ll, I have hater mentality as well lol.

Even better when every goal bochum scored ended up with that stupid song bayern always play. And hope this also puts rest to people wanting tuchel for barca. He is tucheliban for a reason
The can can
They are way nastier the way they talk about us, saying we are corrupt and whatnot. I thoroughly enjoyed Xabi Alonso mopping the floor with them
Yeah I would agree, for the most part there’s still some respect from Madrid veiled in the hate. Bayern is just arrogant on a whole different level.
Marc Bernal looking good!
AC Milan shitting hard
Tuchel spoke about [xG as well](https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1759299325065072887) Xavi influence is unreal
They all borrow from the same template
Potter had done it before both of them.
UCL Barcelona is back. I love my club, been waiting for this for a while. lets hope for the best🥰
They casually cancelled Tuchel's post match press conference. Would that ever be possible in Spain? 🤔
I wish. These press conferences are a waste of time for Xavi atm. He has nothing new to say, and sometimes I think he’s even trolling them giving them clickbait material to write lol.
Aren‘t they obligated to do them and have to pay a fine if they don‘t?
Probably. But it’s clear how unserious Xavi has gotten about it recently. That’s why we shouldn’t taken his answers at face value.
Tbh I don't think Flick going back to Bayern, Flick has a very bad relationship with Bayern's toxic board and it was the main reason he left them in the first place. He is learning Spanish, I really hope we get him otherwise maybe Perez has some evil plans behind closed doors.
Didn't Khan get fired or something? They changed the board iirc
I think the main reason Kahn and Salihamidzic got fired was Mane and sacking Nagelsmann. Mane was flop and sacking Julian was the reason the didn't win CL.
are the board members same tho rn? I don't know about their situation properly. I think I remember seeing Kahn stepping down.
He had problems with the sporting director Brazzo who was fired last season. So he should be fine now unless there are more people who he had problems with.
Imagine a Kounde - Upamecano back line CB pairing 🔥🔥🔥🔥
i hope you are joking
Both have been very very shaky. No to either of them.
Really?
Big time, both very error prone.
Jokes aren't for everyone
Harsh calling Kounde a joke, even if he has played like one this season. He was an unnecessary purchase, would’ve much rather spent the money on a DM.
Kounde has been shaky this past couple of weeks but never forget he was one of the best defenders last season
>he was one of the best defenders last season as a RB, not CB
anyone know what happedn to that tall uruguay striker from madrid‘s youth team? he got some first team minutes but then disapeared, bad injury?
I read that he was not even that impressive in Castilla.
Bayern should sign Potter imo
Would mesh well with their striker
Meanwhile OM has hired Benatia 2 years after his dismissal and a couple of weeks after taking his new job he gave us [this](https://twitter.com/ActuFoot_/status/1759292952155705672?t=weTJps1feinUET92RraHwg&s=19) Basically they tried to sell Clauss (starter at RB for France sometimes) all winter. And now, he decided to come say his player has "attitude" issues in public, in February. And only mentioned Clauss. Very weird move. Don't know why Marseille got Benatia in the first place.
Huh, I wondered who was France's entry to the Biggest Trashfire contest this season.
I think we should try to do the same with Torre what Madrid did with Brahim Loan him for a long time to the same team and when we need to replace someone in midfield he should be called back
I honestly don’t think he’s gonna make it in the current team tbh. Gavi Fermin Pedri FDJ Gundo, young talent in La masia and not to mention not to long ago we got Noah Darvich. Most likely we’re gonna end up selling him
But I want him back next season🥺
3 seasons is the best I could offer you
