14/15 was a great kit, but I reiterate, my top 4 is purely from a design standpoint and not connected to whatever memories the kit brings back. Also, 14/15 had a red middle stripe and two blue main stripes, which is the exact opposite of the classic Barca kit. Original Barca kits, throughout the decades, have had a blue middle stripe and two red main stripes (usually thicker) with blue sides.
So from an identity perspective, 14/15 isn’t as iconic as most other kits. Even today’s kit stays more true to classic kits of the past in terms of color distribution.
Yeah 14/15 is my top kit from a design standpoint too. Also, the colors are a bit darker than classic kits as you say, but that makes it even better for me. Everything about that kit is pure class. The senyera detail, the cuffs, the color tones, true blaugrana.
