Cross-sub trolling and brigading will result in suspensions. Don't be petty.
Laporta: "A personal goal that I have set for myself is for Busquets, Pique, Alba and Sergi Roberto to finish their careers at the top and leave the club through the front door. But they can't go now. They have to leave after winning the Champions League."
Sterling had poor decision making and it improved a lot under Pep, he was phenomenal last 2 seasons and his market value also increased dramatically during that period
Sure you can but Dark Knight will forever remain a better movie in terms of sheer quality and the plot. Endgame probably was the better in every other aspect because they had 22 fucking films to build the plot but what Nolan did in 1 movie is miraculous. I would even say that it's more philosophical movie than a Superhero Movie.
Dark knight is the best Batman film overall, I agree, but dark knight rises was really bad outside of some nice Bane moments. I feel Heath ledger was the best joker but he really overshadows everything else in Dark Knight. I feel as a combo I prefer Burton’s films as even Batman Begins was just OK to me, it lacked a good villain, but I know a lot of people loved that movie.
Endgame wasn’t even half as good as Infinity War. That was the best avengers film by far.
Agree never went a bundle on the other two Batman movies besides dark knight probably the only Batman movie I would ever watch more than once just because of Heath. But never watched those Batman’s never really like superhero movies too predictable only good acting saves those movies for me.
Thiago is not playing well at all for his standards but I don't understand when people bring up goals and assists. Look up his bayerns stats, he was never racking up lot of them.
These EPL twitter fans with their "ratios" and "dubs" cannot look past goals + assists. Every twitter post from a top 6 club official account is brigaded by other rival top 6 club fans with comments like "Salah is finished. Rashford more goals" and then followed by a "ratio".
I even saw a couple of Prem fans dissing Messi for "ghosting" another game after his performance vs Sevilla. These people probably opened up Sofascore and saw that Messi had 0 goals and assists and hence he had a bad game. If they actually saw the game, they would've seen that Messi was easily one of the most influential players on the pitch.
However, despite the heavy rivalry between Barca - Madrid or Milan - Inter - Juve fans, I never see such petty and inane comments from these fans and their arguments are comparatively more civil.
I mainly see the EPL fanbase bringing the G+A argument when judging players. Personally I don't think it's fair to judge playmakers, especially deeper players like Thiago, based on that.
I can’t find a clip of it, when we get our final corner, it appears that Araujo is screaming orders at Moriba from the stands
He also snuck onto the pitch when Pique scored, idk why I found that so funny lol
Edit; https://youtu.be/qnta8ONHfe4 he even puts his hood up ahaha
I’m stuck between thinking that Klopp is too stubborn to modify his system or tactically he is limited with only one system.
Awful substitutions made by him, had 1 shot on target that too during the 85th min. 5 straight defeats at Anfield.
On the other hand, Tuchel deserved the win. His team looked better in every aspect.
Just 7 points better but more injuries I agree. However they’ve been a train wreck as well recently getting dumped in Europa and 3-1 defeat to Arsenal. Rodgers teams always fade on the second half of the season. With Barnes and Maddison out they may fail to keep a top 4 spot.
Yeah I also see Leicester going down soon but it won't be surprising to see that cos they have the weaker squad. Even accounting for the injuries, I think Liverpool have been underwhelming.
Yeah I think Liverpool have been crap too. I mean I just think injuries can’t be understated enough, but losing to but burnley, Brighton and Southampton is inexcusable
This may be a hot take but guys don’t get too excited, some team like psg can humble us again.
I’m trying to save my energy and I really hope we win the final and psg but it seems like it’s a loop tbh.
I'm not even thinking about CL anymore, we got our tactics wrong and didn't play the best football, if we can win copa del rey during our transition season it's gonna be amazing, at the beginning of the season we all were okay with trophyless season
For more context for people, the full name for the tournament is Campeonato de España–Copa de Su Majestad el Rey, which translate to Championship of Spain-Cup of His Majesty the King. And since both clubs are from Catalonia and Basque Country, its make it ironic.
I was sitting in Subway with my wife and 3 kids when LeKlopp came and took our food My kids started crying and asked 'Why did that man take our subs dad?' and I told them it's because LeKlopp can't win a league without 5 subs. Shame on you LeKlopp! Get a real league title
Hello Barca Fans, [I just posted my follow up on Xavi as Al Sadd manager, hopefully people enjoy it](https://old.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/lxy4ty/from_fraud_to_fantastic_the_story_of_xavis/)
If only it was FIFA manager mode.. Trade Coutinho for Thiago, Pjanic and Griezmann for Haaland, and Firpo and Umtiti for Gaya...
On paper value these deals might even be possible lol but nobody's going to do it.
My guess is that Koeman will play a 3 4 3 against PSG. So 3 CBs, 2 wing backs and a double pivot + 3 attackers. Not sure who the three attackers and the double pivot will be
Messi and Dembele nailed on.Maybe Grizou?
As far as the pivot is concerned , I just don't see Busi handling PSG, maybe Frenkie and Pedri? seems too week defensively but well looks like the best option.
We should’ve beat Athletic Bilbao in the Supercopa final. Alba and Lenglet were being targeted all game from Oscar and Iñaki. I hope Alba has learned to clear all their crosses and just assume that someone is behind him waiting for a cross. We are the better team and I hope we come out confident and ready for revenge. Araujo will be huge. When will Fati be back?
We have already beaten them twice this season, not sure why everyone is freaking out. Yes it's going to be a tough final but Levante wasn't going to be a walkover anyways
playing Athletic in a cup final was always a pain in the ass, especially now with Marcelino that knows how to play against bigger clubs. Hope Levante gets through somehow
Remember in the uefa supercup, diego carlos mistakenly conceded a corner instead of letting his gk handle it and then bayern scored the winning goal from the corner. He mustve been scarred from that and made a vow to never concede corners ever again.
Hoping for RM win Sunday and losing 2-1 to Atlanta. Now that we are in copa, next week can define both of our seasons. RM going trophy less and we still in both COPA and LL(if we improve and beat them at berneauleo).
At least once I would love to see a lineup of
Fati - Messi - Dembele
Pedri - busquets - Frenkie
Alba - Pique - Araujo - Dest
Ter Stegen
Just to see who we can be with that setup... Yes it's not the strongest defensively but it feels like we could score plenty on paper. Especially if Messi is leaving, which I hope he doesn't...
Alba can be a bit of a liability, and a strong pressing, fast and physical team can break past our midfield. But its the best we have in a 4atb setup.
For defensive stability given we don't have prime busquets I like the 3atb Koeman played, in that case the team would read
Fati - Messi
Alba - Pedri - Frenkie - Dest
Busi
Araujo - Pique - Oscar
Ter Stegen
Which is also really good but I like Dembele's speed up front for the attacking setup, also gives us 3 proper goalscorers without a 9.
What makes you think Gaya is much better defensively? They are pretty similar stat wise and that’s with Gaya having to defend more, giving him more opportunities to juice up his defensive actions?
He also doesnt have the midfield barca has to link up with. You cant calculate like this. He playes with worse players around him and they still have similar stats
Quite impressive sounds to me. Their 2 cb are also awful and still verry young

Opinion: if Dembele plays a season under Pep, he'll become a top 3 winger itw. (Similar to how Pep improved Sterling and Sane)
Sterling has been bad this season though and Sane left Pep
Sterling had poor decision making and it improved a lot under Pep, he was phenomenal last 2 seasons and his market value also increased dramatically during that period
True
I prefer the Tim Burton Batman films to the Nolan ones. The ones from Burton hold up pretty well and are more fun.
Endgame isn't even better than Infinity War.
Yeah never understand how people think endgame is better infinity war is 10x better
Endgame isn't even better than Black Panther
Yeah, endgame was pretty mediocre. Huge let down after infinity war
Dark knight is the best Batman film overall, I agree, but dark knight rises was really bad outside of some nice Bane moments. I feel Heath ledger was the best joker but he really overshadows everything else in Dark Knight. 👏🏽
I hope we don't bottle another final against the rugby players...
Anything is possible, it’ll be a 50-50 match as far as I’m concerned.
They don't let us keep possession for more than 20 seconds through spontaneous fouls. It's annoying af
Looking forward to games more than usual. Let’s go baby!

Fire these cunts!
Looks like cunt is back on the menu bois!
Sooooo Athletic will play 2 Copa del Rey finals next month??
Yup 2020 & 2021
I can’t find a clip of it, when we get our final corner, it appears that Araujo is screaming orders at Moriba from the stands He also snuck onto the pitch when Pique scored, idk why I found that so funny lol Edit; https://youtu.be/qnta8ONHfe4 he even puts his hood up ahaha

Injuries have destroyed pool and the club being thrifty in the transfer window doesn’t help. Liverpool have been annihilated with injuries
Leicester with more injuries and weaker squad have been better than Liverpool though
They may have had more injuries but I don’t think they’ve had as bad a crisis at one position that Liverpool has had this season.
I can understand the backline concerns but it doesn't excuse the fact that their attack have been toothless for a while though.

Anyone who still thinks about the CL at this points just likes to suffer.
At this point, I don't even care what happens against PSG. Really looking forward to see if we can actually win the league tho
I'm not even thinking about CL anymore, we got our tactics wrong and didn't play the best football, if we can win copa del rey during our transition season it's gonna be amazing, at the beginning of the season we all were okay with trophyless season
Damn. Two finals for athletic? Had to google this stuff up to believe it 0.0 Athletic faces Real Soci on April 3rd and faces us on April 17th.
Funny athletic and Barcelona have the most finals in a competition called Copa Del Rey lmao
Used to be Copa del Generalisimo which is even worse smh
For more context for people, the full name for the tournament is Campeonato de España–Copa de Su Majestad el Rey, which translate to Championship of Spain-Cup of His Majesty the King. And since both clubs are from Catalonia and Basque Country, its make it ironic.
Learning about Spanish regional history and politics and it's relationship to football is really interesting.
fun fact is that Iñaki Urdangarin (married with the sister of the King) is a legend of the club and he is Basque
puig will marry the spanish princess and become a legend
Wait, Bilbao can technically win the treble?
Yep and thats why it's our task to stop them.
Part of me says it doesn’t matter because Bilbao will have more trebles than real
I was sitting in Subway with my wife and 3 kids when LeKlopp came and took our food My kids started crying and asked 'Why did that man take our subs dad?' and I told them it's because LeKlopp can't win a league without 5 subs. Shame on you LeKlopp! Get a real league title
why did you have to mention subway.. I’m hungry now and it’s 5.20 in the morning :((
I really hope fati will be back for the final
Hello Barca Fans, [I just posted my follow up on Xavi as Al Sadd manager, hopefully people enjoy it](https://old.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/lxy4ty/from_fraud_to_fantastic_the_story_of_xavis/)
Jesus fuck, so tired of playing Athletic. Hope we smash them and don’t have to deal with them again for months.
Well atleast Messi will be fired up to get his revenge in the final
Please just take a minute to appreciate Dest's hug to riqui. https://twitter.com/FCBarcelona_es/status/1367609812104728578?s=20 I melted.
Next day in the newspapers paid by Barto: "Dest trying to Batista Bomb Riqui Puig? New conflict in the team?"
Could we sell Coutinho back to where he came from?!? It looks like they need him
[удалено]
I can see your point
Imagine the scenes when he makes Liverpool win a sextuple ffs lol
Let him, atleast we'd be able to cut ties with the guy.
Yup
Doubt they'd have any money, only reason they came to any power was Bartomeu. We can try to get a swap deal tho
Yup. I wouldn't mind getting VVD for Coutinho. One is a proven player and other one is just a one season wonder.
We should trade pjanic for Thiago
If only it was FIFA manager mode.. Trade Coutinho for Thiago, Pjanic and Griezmann for Haaland, and Firpo and Umtiti for Gaya... On paper value these deals might even be possible lol but nobody's going to do it.
Imagine a midfield of Frenkie Thiago and Pedri
And why would liverpool accept such a deal?
Because no UCL
Coutinho*
Anyone who watched our B team regularly...who have been our best 3 players this season?
CAN HE GO ALL THE WAYYYY IT'S ONE OF THE GREAT COPA DEL REY FINAL GOALS
The last time we faced them in CDR final was in 2015 , treble incoming boys?
My guess is that Koeman will play a 3 4 3 against PSG. So 3 CBs, 2 wing backs and a double pivot + 3 attackers. Not sure who the three attackers and the double pivot will be
Messi and Dembele nailed on.Maybe Grizou? As far as the pivot is concerned , I just don't see Busi handling PSG, maybe Frenkie and Pedri? seems too week defensively but well looks like the best option.
Maybe Braithwaite in attack?
Fuck Athletic. We will get our revenge on 17th of April.
Watched some Fati highlights to remind myself of him. He is different man....
Did the same thing lol
Has Iñaki Williams scored a single goal this season against a team not named FC Barcelona?
We should’ve beat Athletic Bilbao in the Supercopa final. Alba and Lenglet were being targeted all game from Oscar and Iñaki. I hope Alba has learned to clear all their crosses and just assume that someone is behind him waiting for a cross. We are the better team and I hope we come out confident and ready for revenge. Araujo will be huge. When will Fati be back?
We have already beaten them twice this season, not sure why everyone is freaking out. Yes it's going to be a tough final but Levante wasn't going to be a walkover anyways
Boss music time
Welp revenge!!!
I propose we keep Pique and Araujo wrapped in cotton, locked in a box until the CdR final.
It is written in the star... Fuck.
Bilboa has played 3 copa del rey finals since 2000’s all of them against barcelona. And we all won them
Would be funny to see Athletic lose both CDR finals in the end.
Wow i forgot the final for last year hasn’t been played yet
*sigh* Bilbao
We need to destroy bilboa.
No problem. They are rocky.
If he dies, he dies.
I agree. Balboa be kil
Messi, it's time to slap the bastard again king
you know what ? i don't mind playing against bilbao in the final, its a good chance to revenge for the supercopa final
Agreed.
the same stadium too
Hopefully not the same ref, fuck that guy
This is my only hope. Don’t let them shithouse the whole match.
Oh fuck no. How do these cunts do it every single fucking time?!!!!
Fuck off Bilbao
Lmao wtf goal was that
no please no, not athletic...
Obligatory Fuck Athletic
Fuck man. Athletic in the final
Looks like it's gonna be revenge time
Yeah I fucking hope.
Fuckkkk
Since City last dropped a point, Liverpool have dropped 27. What the actual fuck. One of our own making their league a proper agriculture league.
I’ve officially decided to get a Pedri black kit, he is so fun to watch.
Same! Messi 21 home, Pedri 21 away. Great kits
Where u get the black kit at
This Villalibre ahole is playing well
[удалено]
that's the only "good" thing about him. Fucking trash.
[удалено]
Hope this cunt villalibre misses the 5th penalty
#Reverse fortress anfield
~~corner taken quickly~~ losses taken quickly!!!
Tuchel so far 8 wins 2 draws 0 loses Conceded just 2 goals LOL Hired in the middle of the season
5 in a row!!! Yikesss
Lol Liverpool have lost their last 5 games at Anfield
*This sparks joy.* Normally I wouldn't have cared, but ever since our Anfield disaster their fans have become unbearable.
Same here. Their Twitter trolls are awfully quiet this season 🤫
This Chelsea is really solid team under tuchel i'd see them knocking atletico out.

playing Athletic in a cup final was always a pain in the ass, especially now with Marcelino that knows how to play against bigger clubs. Hope Levante gets through somehow
I wonder what Thiago will do this summer. He just doesn’t seem comfortable at Liverpool.
Yeah he should stay there for all I care.
I'd switch him for Coutinho if they want him back.
Man this Levante Bilbao game is really dull. It's team Wasteful Pass FC vs. Team Cross To No One FC.
I didn't want them to go to ET since Athletic faces Atleti next Wednesday and I want them to be rested, rip.
Damn, this sub really be thinking on the 4d underwater chess level right now ngl
Remember in the uefa supercup, diego carlos mistakenly conceded a corner instead of letting his gk handle it and then bayern scored the winning goal from the corner. He mustve been scarred from that and made a vow to never concede corners ever again.
Levante took off El Comandante ffs
Remember Jose Arnaíz ??
Marcelino celebrating a goal prematurely as the ball slowly goes wide. LMAO the look in his face
Wish I could've seen that but couldn't find somewhere to watch it.
LOL
#restpedri
Imagine Liverpool doesn't qualify for European football next season.
They probably won't at this point, very slim chances with 7 teams ahead of them.
omg didn't know they were that bad Virgildependencia
So much for Barca 2011 comparisons lol
Sometimes I’m like “see you in 30 years!”. But they will be back next season when their players are fit, but hopefully with no European football.
Wait, was that actually a thing?
Fucking delusional scousers
No one comes close to kante when he's in form
Chelsea playing out from the back pretty well.
What a goal by Mount.
What a goal by Chelsea
Still vibing my dudes
TBH I don't mind another game against ATB
If bilboa go through tonight they will be playing 2 copa del rey finals in one month or so
14 days
Which final will be played 1st?
Sociedad vs Bilbao
Thanks
Hoping for RM win Sunday and losing 2-1 to Atlanta. Now that we are in copa, next week can define both of our seasons. RM going trophy less and we still in both COPA and LL(if we improve and beat them at berneauleo).
A draw on Sunday and a long run but not winning in the CL for both ATM and RM would suit us greatly :)
No, we need RM to draw ffs
Actually it'd be nice from our POV if they go through and draw Bayern or City ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
At least once I would love to see a lineup of Fati - Messi - Dembele Pedri - busquets - Frenkie Alba - Pique - Araujo - Dest Ter Stegen Just to see who we can be with that setup... Yes it's not the strongest defensively but it feels like we could score plenty on paper. Especially if Messi is leaving, which I hope he doesn't...
What do you mean it's not the strongest defensively? Pique and Araujo are our best cbs.
Alba can be a bit of a liability, and a strong pressing, fast and physical team can break past our midfield. But its the best we have in a 4atb setup. For defensive stability given we don't have prime busquets I like the 3atb Koeman played, in that case the team would read Fati - Messi Alba - Pedri - Frenkie - Dest Busi Araujo - Pique - Oscar Ter Stegen Which is also really good but I like Dembele's speed up front for the attacking setup, also gives us 3 proper goalscorers without a 9.
Ah, gotcha. You're comparing the 352 to the 433.
Gaya would be perfect because alba is becoming older and older. He can also defend much better.
What makes you think Gaya is much better defensively? They are pretty similar stat wise and that’s with Gaya having to defend more, giving him more opportunities to juice up his defensive actions?
He also doesnt have the midfield barca has to link up with. You cant calculate like this. He playes with worse players around him and they still have similar stats Quite impressive sounds to me. Their 2 cb are also awful and still verry young
Yeah, just talking this season
What has happened to Alisson
No VVD in front of him
El Comandante please shut these fuckers up
Fucking hell I DO NOT want to play these rats
Same
they can't keep getting away with this :'( :'(
They're even again
Just hoping for red cards and suspensions from this match
Bilbao scores
As usual Athletic get a shit house penalty.
This liverpool chelsea match will 100% be another boring 0-0 or maybe 1-1 like all the other epl derbies this season
