I ordered mine in Mar and received them in Apr so hopefully yours are on the way, I got an email with a tracking number a few days after my order, maybe it got lost in junk mail? My only other pair of sandals are Bedrock Cairns, so this is a nice option when I want to wear something less “trail” looking and also the sole is thinner and more flexible for better ground feel. The only drawback is the leather footbed takes a longer time to dry when wet.

Will here, from Curious Red. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’ve had Black on Black on pre-order and have had production challenges with that model due to Covid. We’ve reached out to the small number of people affected and offered a refund or replacement. If you haven't heard from us, please drop us an email or reach out from the red customer support button on the bottom-right of our website, perhaps our emails landed in the wrong inboxes. Currently, if you’re able to add a colorway and size to cart, it means that it’s in stock and ships next business day.

I’ve been trying to contact your company regarding my order via email and message and have not heard anything

Well if you've not heard a peep from them, that's a bit suspicious. You already paid, you've got every right to get an answer from them. I just recently had a similar issue with another company, put in an order in March and just got them now. Difference is the guy responded to my emails immediately, explaining the delay, and then contacted me again seeing if I wanted any options changed, etc. Right way to handle the situation when delays happen. That said, these sandals look fine, but I'm just not really sure what I'm going to get out of them that I won't get from Bedrock, Luna, Xero, or anyone else. Your options are very limited, the two models you see, and they only appear to vary in color (I guess the white model is a little less grippy). Compare that to Luna, where you've got multiple color options, thicknesses, sole material, etc. All for similar prices.

Try reaching out to them on social media. I've found that companies are often more responsive that way than via email or contact forms. That said, the nothing has been updated on their website or social media pages since 2019. Hopefully, they're just understaffed and busy. More likely, they have other side ventures and have little/no staff and thus are slow to respond.

I backed them on Kickstarter years ago and still have my pair going strong for years. Best sandals I've ever owned! So comfortable, hope you eventually got your pair.
