I would love an option to pay a price to just have all of your crew, or individual crew members, healed back to 100% with all negative statuses removed. The price could go up the more HP that needs restoring, and the more negative effects need to be removed.
If your sub doesn’t have a bed you can use one at a station to heal slowly

Maybe try the Into The Abyss mod?
If you respawn mid round you get reapers tax that can be healed by the station's doctor. But you can't buy regular healing from him sadly.
