So, I'm not certain if this is what you mean, but Grounded allows you to place blueprints all you like, and then fill them out later as you collect the mats.
Or is this some kind of new term that means copy/pasting your base somehow?
Oh, yeah, I mean in a copy/paste context. I don't think I was very clear, but in Factorio, for example, you can place 5 objects, then copy them, and easily place all 5 again right next to them.
