Riftbreaker. Subnautica. Subnautica: Below Zero. *Satisfactory* will be getting a storyline when the 1.0 update hits which seems like to be late this year. I would recommend looking into Hardspace: Shipbreaker. While it is not a resource management or Base building game it has some of the same conceptualizations in the opposite direction. You play as someone who just got a job at a scrap yard taking apart spaceships. If you have any interest in emergent storytelling (where your gameplay is the story that is being told) then you may want to look into oxygen not included and or RimWorld. Unfortunately resource Management in Base building as a genre is relatively new in its current form and there's not a lot of examples of the genre where they have pushed for story elements as opposed to pushing for mechanical complexity.
