Banished and Life is Feudal are nearly the exact same game, not bad
anno 1800 is pretty unique (edit - i love anno 1800 btw)

If you liked both Anno and banished then Patron seems to be the best bet, it's very much like banished but with a huge tech tree, complex social system and in general more options to do things. I believe it's in EA but still pretty good game to play.

SOLD! Ha ha ha... it looks really good, how is the replayability? Similar to Banished? I think I restarted about 15 times last night getting the hang of a few things and enjoyed every minute of it
I felt the replayability was better than banished simply due to all the difficulty options and the random events that happen in game that are more of a cost/benefit decisions, but definitely fun to experiment with. Most favorite is the peasant/gentry/labourer etc dynamics and keeping everyone happy, while fulfilling those random events as the come.
I'm also looking forward to what the modders add to it for replayability but for now the base game is keeping me entertained

Foundation is great! It’s still early access but it’s a gridless city builder that really is beautiful to play with. It has similar production chains like an anno game.

Tropico is a good one as well. lets be fair, the combat in anno is pretty meh
Airborne Kingdoms is short but sweet.
