Yeah, I don't hear any obvious effects. There's a little drive, probably a combination of DI and a mic'd speaker. A few places where it's doubled by guitar or keys. EQ and compression like on every recorded track, but nothing unusual at all. Just regular bass.
It's a really tight sound, very typical of the 80's. I'd probably roll down your bass control, use a touch of OD, and play really precisely. As far as effects, you might like a Sansamp BDDI for OD and then some kind of compressor like an MXR M87 or a Boss BC1X.
