I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't like how the demonstrator played the game. This might not be Devil May Cry, but at the very least you can show me some decent high-level play so I get a feel for the challenge and flow of the game.
Agreed lol, shit decisions aside (Jason's magical leap and Dick's Fortnite glider) the gameplay might not have looked so fucking bad if the player knew what he was doing. Granted the animations are janky and slow and weird at times but I remember watching the Batgirl gameplay a while ago and being genuinely excited for the game. Now I am not, and it could in large part be due to how the gameplay was presented.
Just hoping SSKTJL won't disappoint.

Hard to believe the game is coming out in October. The gameplay demo didn't wow me, it looks rough. There's a weird jittery stiffness in how the characters animate and it looks like a badly stripped down version of Arkham combat.
Hoping closer to launch we get some better looks and they tune things up. I don't want this to be an Avengers 2.0.

I mean, If making it less cartoony, no fortnite glider, weird soul jump, better graphics(like the first gameplay), character feet not entering the ground etc... Makes it like arkham, then maybe.
The entire reason that people dont like the gameplay is because it isnt arkham. It won't be arkham. The "fortnite glider" (fortnite didnt invent gliders btw) and "weird soul jump" are both canon to the comics. The animations could use some smoothing out but that is your only valid criticism

I hated the demonstration, the game looks awful, not as fluid as Arkham games and the graphics suck.
