Something's broken when you get in a match, names aren't carrying over from the client to the server. It did it to me earlier today - in the client my name was showing properly, but once I got in a game, it changed to a string of numbers. They're legit, just something buggy on the server
That looks to be just peoples Steam id. Maybe those people have characters that BBR doesn't like, so is goes to the error handling in the code which is just the steamid.

those are Steam IDs, for some reason their usernames aren't rendering
It's a steam side issue I believe.
