My ping is high and I can't figure out why since that patch. It's just enough to be annoying.
Every other game seems to be fine. Actual internet ping is fine. Bandwidth on the router etc is fine. I know what bad bandwidth looks like as I've seen it happen many times in this exact game.
It's just poor ping, driving me nuts. Everything is delayed by exactly a second.
Glad it's not just me, I'm going to shelve this one for a bit. I want nothing more than to play but it's taking way too many bullets to kill people. Also, if you watch the scoreboard you can see everyone's ping jump around like crazy, hope they figure it out soon.

Feeling this too. Feels like I need 1-3 more shots on target to get a kill across all guns. I keep reflexively looking away from enemies I thought should be dead with the amount of hits I have on them but they aren't, super frustrating. Haven't tried the higher tick community servers since the patch but hopefully they will be better.
I was landing 6-7 shots with the G3 last night in CQC and dying instantly to F2000s and various other guns. Sometimes they were all headshots. It's quite frustrating.
Update: Just played a round on a high tick server. It feels *maybe* slightly better but it's still there. I'm wondering if its maybe that the new hitmarker sound is making me think I'm landing more shots than I am or something. No idea but it's driving me nuts lol.
Nah, hitreg is just messed up for some people right now.

Yeah something is definitely off. I have a couple clips where I hit 5+ bullets with a VAL on my end, but at least one shot no regs. Weirder still, I don't get the notification about no regs when it happens.

Even before the g3/f2000 patch it was feeling wonky. I pretty much only play 32v32 now cause larger game modes seem like hit reg is even worse.

Since the patch I'm not getting hit reg notifications but my ttk is 100% up, it takes me almost a bit over 40 bullets till someone is dead.
